The 2009 San Francisco Dream House Raffle ended successfully this year, with one lucky property winner announced. Organized in support of Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, this property raffle featured over 370 other prizes worth up to $25,000 in addition to the grand prize, a stunning $2.4 million mansion situated in the center of San Francisco (or $1.8 million cash). The winner was announced over the week-end after being drawn on Saturday. Vivian Heinzel, of San Carlos, California, will be handed the keys to her brand new home, a 3,150 square foot mansion that has never been lived in. It features a main house, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large formal dining room and chef's kitchen, together with a self-contained guest house cottage with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Complete with its own private four-car garage, a rarity in the center of San Francisco, together with a private courtyard, this dream property is ready to be lived in immediately. This year's San Francisco house raffle featured a great selection of prizes, such that players enjoyed attractive odds of winning at least $300 of only 100 to 1.
