Win a London Pad

Win a brand new flat in this luxury London development for only £25. This house competition is giving away a total of 11 newly renovated one and two-bedroom apartments valued at £7.85 million in total.

The 11 flats, which feature the latest in design and technology, compose York House, a striking landmark development situated in the centre of London and within easy reach of the City of London. Players also stand the chance of winning one of 4,990 cash prizes ranging from £250.

This house competition also helps support Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of the leading children's charities in the world. It is hoped that a total of £600,000 will be raised in this competition to help build a new 4-bed ward in the hospital's Cardiac Daycare centre.

Competition Winner

After giving away a £400,000 flat in March 2009 to first winner Stephen Lakey, the second competition sold a further 9,433 tickets. However, this was below the target number required to give away the 2nd apartment. A cash prize was awarded instead to Christiane Oumohand from France on 2 September 2009.
